Beth Mankowski

Beth joined Inovus/Highland in 2017. As Director of Solution Delivery, she focuses on empowering the Inovus Consulting Team to deliver high-value, high-quality solutions that allow clients to streamline their day-to-day operational processes. SaaS technology should enable teams to automate their routine tasks, then spend more time on people, relationships, and complex tasks.Beth fosters joint ownership of software solutions with client stakeholders by practicing transparency and earning trust. Her experience crosses many verticals, including manufacturing, insurance, OTC financial products, business services, government, and healthcare. She finds reward in working with agile teams, continuous improvement, ongoing learning, and supporting team members as they grow.Beth holds a bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University and a master's degree from DePaul University.
